บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบ Virtual School Online และศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มนักเรียนโรงเรียนหนองกุงศรีวิทยาคาร ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ระบบโรงเรียนเสมือนจริง แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย x ̅ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test dependent)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบ Virtual School Online มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 82.45/81.30 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยระบบโรงเรียนเสมือนจริงในระดับมากที่สุด x ̅ = 4.58, S.D. = 0.52)

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop a Virtual School Online learning management model and to study student achievement and satisfaction. The sample consisted of 370 students from Nongkungsriwittayakan School during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The instruments included the Virtual School system, achievement tests, and satisfaction questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis were Mean x ̅, Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test dependent.
The results indicated that: 1) The Virtual School Online model met the efficiency criteria of 82.45/81.30. 2) The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores at the .05 level. 3) Students’ satisfaction with the system was at the highest level x ̅ = 4.58, S.D. = 0.52)
