บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล เป็นกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R & D)มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และความต้องการการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล และ4) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูลกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล จำนวน 10 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 55 คน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 จำนวน 98 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 165 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ปีการศึกษา 2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

สรุปผลการวิจัย

1.ผลศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และความต้องการการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 1.1) ศึกษาเอกสาร แนวคิดทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ประกอบด้วยการสร้างบรรทัดฐานและค่านิยมร่วมกัน การร่วมมือรวมพลังของสมาชิกชุมชนวิชาชีพ การสนทนาที่มุ่งสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติงาน วิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันร่วมแรง ร่วมใจ และร่วมมือ และภาวะผู้นำร่วมและการบริหารเชิงระบบ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) กระบวนการ (Process) และ ผลผลิต (Output) 1.2) ผลการศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบัน และความต้องการ การบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูลในภาพรวม พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย และความต้องการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารเชิงระบบ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ความต้องการการบริหารเชิงระบบ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 1.3) ศึกษาสถานศึกษาที่เป็นแบบอย่าง (Best Practice) จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนบ้านควน โรงเรียนบ้านไร่ และ โรงเรียนคลองสองปาก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล โดยการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบวิชาการ รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 6 คน การบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านการสร้างบรรทัดฐานและค่านิยมร่วมกัน การสร้างโอกาสให้คณะครูเกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กัน ส่งเสริมให้คณะครูมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการกำหนดข้อปฏิบัติต่าง ๆ ในโรงเรียน การร่วมมือรวมพลังของสมาชิกชุมชนวิชาชีพ การรวมตัวกันอย่างต่อเนื่องของบุคลากรในวิชาชีพ โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันการทำงานเป็นทีม การสนทนาที่มุ่งสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติงาน การส่งเสริมให้คณะครูมีโอกาสพูดคุยสนทนาระหว่างกัน เพื่อสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับประเด็นปัญหาต่างๆในโรงเรียน วิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน ร่วมมือร่วมพลังกันในการสร้างและสานวิสัยทัศน์ให้บรรลุผลเป็นรูปธรรม ร่วมแรง ร่วมใจ และร่วมมือ ผู้บริหาร และครูมีกำลังกาย มีจิตใจที่เป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน และมีการประสานงานกัน เพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ และภาวะผู้นำร่วม การกระจายอำนาจความเป็นผู้นำไปให้คณะครูโดยทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การบริหารเชิงระบบ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ทรัพยากรหรือสิ่งที่จำเป็นที่ต้องนำเข้าสู่ระบบเช่น คน วัสดุอุปกรณ์เงิน ข้อมูล สารสนเทศ มีเพียงพอ สภาพแวดล้อม ต่าง ๆ มีความเหมาะสม กระบวนการ (Process) ผู้บริหารส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน การทำงานเป็นระบบดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และผลผลิต (Output) ผลที่เกิดจากการบริหารเชิงระบบบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

2. ผลการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 2.1) ผลการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการของรูปแบบ 2)วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 3)เนื้อหาของรูปแบบ 4) กระบวนการของรูแบบ และ 5) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และ ผลการสร้างและพัฒนาคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ประกอบด้วย 1)คำชี้แจงในการใช้คู่มือ 2) บทนำ 3) วัตถุประสงค์ของคู่มือ 4)เนื้อหาสาระ 5)กระบวนการ 6) การวัดผลประเมินผล และ 7) แหล่งอ้างอิง 2.2) ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 8 คน พบว่า ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก และผลการตรวจสอบคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล พบว่า ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 3.1) ผลการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูลก่อนและหลังการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3.2) ผลการการประเมินผลการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบก่อน และหลังทดลองใช้ใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล พบว่า ผลการทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและการบริหารเชิงระบบของครูโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล หลังใช้สูงกว่าก่อนใช้รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล

4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 4.1) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 4.1.1) เปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ปีการศึกษา 2565 รวมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 73.46 ปีการศึกษา 2566 รวมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ละ 77.13 เพิ่มขึ้นรวมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 3.67 4.1.2) และผลที่เกิดจากการดำเนินงานเชิงประจักษ์ของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ 1) ผลงานนักเรียนงานศิลปหัตกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ปีการศึกษา 2566 2) ผลงานครูได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นครูดีเด่นของศึกษาธิการจังหวัดสตูล ครูผู้สอนนักเรียนได้รับรางวัลระดับเหรียญทองชนะเลิศ งานศิลปหัตกรรมนักเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2566 และ3) ผลงานสถานศึกษาเป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีจำนวนนักเรียนได้คะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน o-net ปีการศึกษา 2566 รายวิชาภาษาไทย ตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 50 ขึ้นไปมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของจำนวนนักเรียนที่เข้าสอบของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 4.2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองหอยโข่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก และความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่ อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

Research on Management model based on the concept of professional learning

communities and systematic management to enhance the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office.

It was a research and development process (Research and Development: R & D). The purpose of the research was to 1) study the current situation and management needs according to the concept of professional learning community with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) Create and develop a management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 3) Experiment with the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office and 4) evaluate the management model based on the concept of professional learning community with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. The target group consists of 10 teachers from Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, 55 students in grades 4-6 and 98 parents of students in grades 1- 6, total of 165 people, Obtained by specific selection, (Purposive Sampling).

The research tools used were questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Data analysis was performed using percentages, means, standard deviations, and content analysis.

Summary of research results

1. Results of the study of the current situation and management needs according to the concept of professional learning communities and systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 1.1) Study documents, theoretical concepts, and research related to management based on the concept of professional learning communities, including the creation of shared norms and values, the combined efforts of professional community members, conversations aimed at reflecting on work performance, a shared vision of unity, cooperation, and collaboration, and shared leadership and systematic management, consisting of inputs, processes, and outputs. 1.2) The results of the study of the level of practice regarding the current situation and the need for administration according to the concept of professional learning communities with systematic administration to raise the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, overall, found that the current situation overall was at a low level and the need overall was at a high level. The current situation of systematic administration overall was at a low level and the need for systematic administration overall was at a high level. 1.3) Study of exemplary educational institutions (Best Practice), 3 schools, namely Ban Khuan School, Ban Rai School, and Khlong Song Pak School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, by interviewing school directors and teachers responsible for academics, totaling 6 people. Management based on the concept of professional learning communities in terms of creating shared norms and values, creating opportunities for teachers to exchange knowledge, encouraging teachers to participate in expressing opinions and being a part in determining various practices in the school. The collaborative efforts of professional community members, the ongoing integration of professional personnel with an emphasis on collaborative learning, teamwork, and reflective dialogue. Encourage teachers to have opportunities to discuss and discuss with each other to reflect on their work performance regarding various issues in the school. A shared vision is fostered, and teachers work together to create and achieve tangible results. Working together, joining forces and cooperating, administrators and teachers had physical strength, a unified mind and coordinate together to raise the academic achievement of students to achieve the set objectives and shared leadership, decentralizing leadership power to teachers with everyone participating in decision making. Systematic management in terms of input factors (Input) resources or necessary things that must be brought into the system such as people, materials, equipment, money, data, information are sufficient, the environment was appropriate, process (Process) administrators promote and support systematic work, operating efficiently, and output (Output) results from systematic management achieving the set objectives and goals efficiently.

2. Results of creating and developing a management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2.1) The results of creating and developing a management model based on the concept of a professional learning community with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, consist of: 1) Principles of the pattern, 2) Purpose of the pattern, 3) Content of the pattern, 4) Process of the pattern, and 5) Conditions for success and the results of creating and developing a manual for using the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, consisting of 1) Instructions for using the manual 2) Introduction 3) Objectives of the manual 4) Contents 5) Process 6) Measurement and evaluation and 7) References. 2.2) The results of the examination of the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, by 8 experts, found that In terms of feasibility, correctness, appropriateness, and usefulness, they were at a high level. And the results of the inspection of the manual for using the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, found that in terms of feasibility, correctness, appropriateness, and usefulness, they were at a high level.

3. Results of the experiment using the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 3.1) Results of the implementation plan for using the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. Test knowledge and understanding of professional learning community of teachers at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office before and after the workshop.

3.2) The results of the evaluation of the management results according to the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management before and after the trial of using the management model according to the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office found that the results of the knowledge test, understanding of management according to the concept of professional learning community and systematic management of teachers at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, after using it were higher than before using the management model according to the concept of professional learning community and systematic management to raise the academic achievement of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office.

4. Results of the evaluation of the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities and systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 4.1) Results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the management model based on the concept of professional learning communities with systematic management to improve the academic achievement of students at Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. 4.1.1) Comparison of the results of the academic achievement assessment of students at Ban Nong Hoi Khong School, Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2022, total average of 73.46 percent, academic year 2023, total average of 77.13 percent, total average increase of 3.67 percent. 4.1.2) And the results from the empirical operations of the school include: 1) Student works from the National Student Arts and Crafts Competition, Academic Year 2023.2) The teacher’s work was selected as an outstanding teacher by the Satun Provincial Education Office.
