บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการดำเนินงานความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนวัดท่าเกวียน(สัยอุทิศ) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 2) เพื่อนำเสนอพัฒนาการดำเนินงานความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนวัดท่าเกวียน(สัยอุทิศ) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรโรงเรียนวัดท่าเกวียน (สัยอุทิศ) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 จำนวน 169 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของประชากร

1. พัฒนาการดำเนินงานความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนวัดท่าเกวียน(สัยอุทิศ) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.62, = 0.84) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมาตรการเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาทางสังคม ( = 3.74, = 0.86) มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขอุบัติภัย ( = 3.71, = 0.79) มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขอุบัติเหตุ ( = 3.68, = 0.74) มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของนักเรียน ( = 3.64 SD = 0.88) ตามลำดับ และมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขด้านสัตว์มีพิษ ( = 3.35 , = 0.95)

2. พัฒนาการดำเนินงานความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนวัดท่าเกวียน(สัยอุทิศ) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 สรุปแนวทางดังนี้ 1. มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขอุบัติเหตุของสถานศึกษา การดำเนินการและแนวทางที่หลากหลายในการป้องกันและแก้ไขอุบัติเหตุในสถานศึกษา โดยมุ่งเน้นการตรวจสอบสภาพอาคาร เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ การฝึกอบรมการใช้งานที่ปลอดภัย และการส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน 2. มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขภัยพิบัติและอุบัติภัย การดำเนินการที่มุ่งเน้นการป้องกันและการเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับภัยพิบัติหรืออุบัติภัยในสถานศึกษา ทั้งการติดตั้งระบบเตือนภัย การจัดเตรียมแผนการหนีภัย และการฝึกซ้อมแผนการอพยพเพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถปฏิบัติได้อย่างรวดเร็วและปลอดภัยในกรณีฉุกเฉิน 3. มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาทางสังคมของสถานศึกษา แนวทางต่าง ๆ ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาทางสังคมในโรงเรียน ซึ่งมีการปรับใช้วิธีการที่เหมาะสมกับขนาดของโรงเรียนและทรัพยากรที่มี เพื่อให้สามารถดูแลนักเรียนและป้องกันปัญหาทางสังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4. มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของนักเรียน แนวทางที่หลากหลายในการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยของนักเรียน โดยมุ่งเน้นการป้องกันโรคติดต่อและโรคระบาด การดูแลสุขภาพจิต และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพในทุกด้าน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นักเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้และเติบโตในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและมีสุขภาพดี 5. มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสัตว์มีพิษและภัยจากสิ่งแวดล้อม การดำเนินการและแนวทางที่หลากหลายในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากสัตว์พิษและภัยจากสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งในแง่ของการตรวจสอบและกำจัดสัตว์พิษ การให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียนและครู และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ทุกคนในโรงเรียนสามารถดำเนินชีวิตในที่เรียนรู้ได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีสุขภาพดี

Abstract

Guidelines for the development of safety management systems at Wat Tha Kwian School (Sai U- Thit) Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 , Identify approaches for developing safety management practices in educational institutions, using the same case study. The population for this study includes administrators, teachers, and staff at Wat Tha Kiew School (Sai Uthit), under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 169 people. The tools used in this study were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using a statistical software program, and the statistics used include the mean and standard deviation of the population.

1.The findings revealed that the overall average of the safety management practices in the case study school was at a high level ( = 3.62, = 0.84) When considered as a whole, the results indicated a generally high level, ranked from highest to lowest average score as follows: Measures to prevent and address social problems ( = 3.74, = 0.86) Measures to prevent and address disasters ( = 3.71, = 0.79) Measures to prevent and address accidents ( = 3.68, = 0.74) Measures to prevent and address health and hygiene issues for students ( = 3.64 SD = 0.88)

The only area with an average score at a moderate level was measures to prevent and address poisonous animals ( = 3.35 , = 0.95)

2. Approach to Improving School Safety Measures: A Case Study of Wat Tha Khuean (Sai Uthit) School, Chachoengsao Primary Education Service Area 2 - Summary of Approaches 1.Accident Prevention and Resolution This approach focuses on a variety of measures to prevent and resolve accidents in schools, with an emphasis on inspecting the school buildings, tools, and equipment. Training on safe usage is a priority, alongside promoting safety in travel and activities, both within and outside the school. 2.Disaster and Emergency Prevention and Resolution This approach emphasizes the importance of being prepared for potential disasters or emergencies in schools. It involves installing warning systems, preparing evacuation plans, and conducting drills to ensure that everyone can act quickly and safely in case of an emergency. 3.Social Problem Prevention and Resolution This approach outlines various methods for preventing and resolving social problems within the school. The strategies are tailored to the size of the school and available resources, ensuring that students are well-cared for and social issues are handled effectively. 4.Student Health and Hygiene Prevention and Resolution This approach focuses on safeguarding students’ health and hygiene, with an emphasis on preventing infectious diseases and epidemics. It also addresses mental health care and the creation of a school environment conducive to health, allowing students to learn and grow in a safe and healthy setting.

5.Prevention and Resolution of Venomous Animals and Environmental Hazards

This approach covers measures to prevent and resolve issues related to venomous animals and environmental hazards. It includes inspecting and removing venomous creatures, educating students and staff, and ensuring a safe environment to help everyone in the school live and learn safely and healthily.
