Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to explore conditions, problems, needs about supervision organizing experience of early childhood teachers, according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office 2) Create and find quality of supervision model, organizing experience of early childhood teachers according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 3) Trial using the supervision model, organizing experiences for early childhood teachers according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 4) Assess teachers satisfaction with the supervision model, organizing experiences for early childhood teachers according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017
The results showed that:
1. Conditions, problems, needs about supervision organizing experience of early childhood teachers, according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office. Overall, the results showed that at a high level.
2. The supervision model organizing experience of early childhood teachers, according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office consists of 5 steps: Step 1, Supervision planning; Step 2 Supervision Operations; Step 3 Observation of organizing experience; Step 4 Supervision evaluation Step 5 Supervision evaluation.
3. The results of the experimental use of the supervision model showed that early childhood teachers organized their experiences according The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office. Overall, the results showed that at a very good level.
4. The results of the assessment of teacher satisfaction with the supervision model, organizing experience of early childhood teachers according to The Early Childhood Curriculum, A.D. 2017 Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office. Overall, the results showed that at the highest level.
