บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนารูปแบบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม ประกอบการเรียนการสอนในวิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง30248 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนโนนไทยคุรุอุปถัมภ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและหาประสิทธิภาพของแผนการสอนที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่มในวิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง 30248 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของแผนการสอนที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่มต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนโนนไทยคุรุอุปถัมภ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลของแผนการสอนที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่มต่อความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนโนนไทยคุรุอุปถัมภ์ ประชากร ที่ใช้ในการสร้างและพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 โรงเรียนโนนไทยคุรุอุปถัมภ์ และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนโนนไทยคุรุอุปถัมภ์ จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ 1) แผนการจัดการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม วิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง 30248 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้แผนการจัดการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม วิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง 30248 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test)

สรุปผลการวิจัย

1. แผนการจัดการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม วิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล

ง 30248 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ขั้นตอนการสอน และการประเมินผล โดยมีขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นนำ ขั้นปฏิบัติกิจกรรม ขั้นวิเคราะห์ประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ขั้นประยุกต์ใช้ ขั้นประเมินผล และขั้นสรุปผล เมื่อนำไปทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 40 คน พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.63/83.88 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ที่ระดับ 80/80

2. ผลการทดลองใช้แผนการจัดการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม วิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง 30248 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนรู้ต่อการใช้แผนการจัดการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่ใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการกลุ่ม วิชาการเงินส่วนบุคคล ง 30248 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

Development of lesson plan models using group process techniques for Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) teaching. On academic achievement And satisfaction of Mattayomsuksa 4 Students. The purpose of this research were : 1) to create and to develop of learning management model by group process techniqes to increase achievement in Substance Collateral Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) of Learning to learn Career and Technology Group for Mattayomsuksa 4 Students; 2) to studyresults of experiment by using to learning managementmodel by Group Process to increase achievement in Substance Collateral Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) of Learning to learn Career and Technology Groupfor Mattayomsuksa 4 Students ; and 3) to evaluate of result using by learning management model by group process techniqes to increase achievement in Substance Collateral Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) of Learning to learn Career and Technology Group for Mattayomsuksa 4 Students. The data source to study basic data were education of policy, the purpose of education management, the curriculum of Nonthaikhuru-uppatham School, the learning of management model by group process techniqes , to interview specialist with teaching of learning to learn career and technology group. The data source with to create and development of learning management were student of Mattayomsuksa 4 in the first semester of academic years 2019 of Nonthaikhuru-uppatham School. The data source to study of experiment and evaluation using to learning management model was 40 students studying in Mattayomsuksa 4/6 in the second semester of the academic 2 years 2020 of Nonthaikhuru-uppatham School. The instruments applied for study consisted of : (1) the lesson plans , (2) an achievement test, and (3) the questionnaire asking about student’ satisfaction toward managementmodel by group process techniqes to increase achievement in substance collateral Personal Financial Subject (Ng20261) of learning to learn career and technology group for Mattayomsuksa 4 students. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the dependent sample t - test.The results of the study were as follows:

1. The results of using group process techniqes for Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) teaching. On academic achievement And satisfaction of Mattayomsuksa 4 Students consisted of 4 configuration includes; principles, purpose, process of teaching, and evaluating. The process of learning consisted of 6 steps includes; to introduction, to practice, to analysis of learning experience, to apply, to evaluation and conclusion. The result of experiment with 40 students to meet efficiency was 82.63/83.88 which was the criteria set of 80/80

2. The result experiment of development of learning management model by group process techniqes within crease achievement in substance The results of using group process techniqes for Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) Personal Financial Subject (Ng30248) teaching. On academic achievement And satisfaction of Mattayomsuksa 4 Students was the learning achievement of the students after was higher than before learning with statistically significant difference at the level of .01.

3. The students’ satisfaction towards learning by of learning management model by group process techniqes within crease achievement in substance collateral Personal Financial Subject subject (Ng30248) of learning to learn career and technology group for Mattayomsuksa 4 students as a whole was at a high level.
