บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบการบริหารงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือของโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการวิจัยและพัฒนาการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาทฤษฎีและแนวคิดเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาและความต้องการในการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กจำนวน 15 โรงกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้อำนวยการ และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ จำนวน 45 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการโดยตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของระบบฯด้วยเทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 10 คนขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองใช้ระบบการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือและขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินระบบการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือโดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้ระบบฯ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและเปรียบเทียบผลการพัฒนาด้วยสถิติทดสอบที Dependent Samples t – test

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสกลนครเขต 2 ส่วนใหญ่จัดเป็นกิจกรรมพิเศษไม่ต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอและที่ต้องการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ 2 ด้านแรก คือด้านมีสติรู้ตัวรู้คิดรู้ทำรู้ปฏิบัติตามพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวและด้านรู้จักดำรงตนอยู่โดยใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

2. ระบบการบริหารงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือเป็นกระบวนการเชิงระบบ 3 ขั้นตอนประกอบด้วยด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าได้แก่บริบทของสถานศึกษาการจัดการเรียนการสอนค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการและผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาด้านกระบวนการได้แก่การจัดทำแผนตามยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการตามยุทธศาสตร์กำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินการพัฒนาตามกิจกรรมและโครงการการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลกิจกรรมจากผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา 6 ฝ่ายด้านผลลัพธ์ได้แก่โรงเรียนมีระบบการบริหารงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ

3. ระบบการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ มีความตรงแบบอิงผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและการประเมินหลังการใช้ระบบฯพบว่าค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ระบบฯอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4. ระบบการบริหารงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิมงคลโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารแบบกลุ่มร่วมมือมีความเป็นประโยชน์ความเป็นได้ความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The 12 Main Values are the quality of good and standard behavior which enables people control their habit/behavior for a happy and peaceful society. The objective of this research was to design a system for enhancing 12main values of Watsuthimongkhol School’s students under the Office of Sakholnakhon Educational Service Area 2 based on the participatory group strategy.

The participatory action research methodogy was employed for research and development. The research methodology consisted of 4 steps : 1) documentary study of the ories including concepts, current condition, desirable condition and need assessment which the data were collected from personnel in 15 small-size school ; 2) design of a system for enhancing 12 main values based on the participatory group strategy, which the focus group techniques was used to assess the appropriateness and correctness of the system by 10 experts; 3) implementation of the system to students in Watsuthimongkhol School; 4) evaluation of the system assessed by 10 used were mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Sample).

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The finding showed that the activities were organized to enhance the 12 main values of students under the Office of Sakholnakhon Educational Service Area 2, were special activities, but the activities were organized irregularly. The 12 main values were needed to develop were discipline, responsibility and basic religious principles.

2. The systematical process of the system consisted of 3 steps: 1) input factors such as school context, instruction in 12 main values and participants in educational management; 2) process of the system such as planning strategies for the development of 12 main values, specifying a person in charge of supervision, following up, and evaluation of the activities and project, which were assessed by the participants from 6 sections; and 3) results of the assessment were students with 12 main values, needs of all school staff and a system for enhancing 12 main values of students.

3. The finding indicated that the average level of 12 main values of the students after the implementation of the system was significantly higher than that of the 12 main values before the implementation at the .05 level.

4. The finding showed that the average level of the system regarding the participatory principles, benefits, possibility, appropriateness and correctness were at a high level.
