Abstracts
This assessment the objectives; 1) assess the quality of the learning process to the students according to the model of DanialL. Stufflebeam in four aspects as; context, input, process, product, 2) assess the effects after the completion of the project to develop the learning process of quality to learners in the learning process of teachers and the learning of students with the target sample on the key information data, including deputy director, teacher, student of P. 6, parents (ratio 1: 1) and the board basic education per 308 persons into operation, data from the questionnaire to data analysis on descriptive statistics, mean average, standard deviation and to presents.
The assessment to follows:
I. Assess of the learning process to develop the quality of learners in four areas; the environment, the input process and product, the third phase is the period of the outage before proceeding, during and after the implementation of the project on quality at a most levels.
II. Assess of the impact on the project after the completion of the learning process in quality to learners, the learning process of teachers at a high levels, and the learning of students at a most levels.
